Our Fees

Flat Fee

Most of our clients engage us on a flat-fee basis depending on the type of petition or service they require. There is no one-size-fits-all solution in the world of immigration law and we approach each case with individual attention. We have discovered from our clients and from past experience that that having a flat-fee billing system allows our individual and corporate clients to better plan their financial resources and at the same time allows us to spend more time working individually with clients to better understand each case without having to count time spent on a matter and without running into high legal bills.

We would be happy to give you quote based on your case. Please contact us for free initial consultation and we would be happy to work with you and tell you what we can do for you and at what price.

Hourly Fees

In some circumstances our clients will hire us to provide advice on discrete or very unique matters which do not lend themselves easily to flat-fee billing. In such circumstances, we will work with our clients very early in the process to determine whether hourly billing in six-minute increments may be the more efficient billing method.

To better understand your case and advise you on the best billing method, please contact us for a free initial consultation.

Retainer Agreements

Retainer agreements are usually used by our corporate clients who have sporadic need of immigration legal advice on a short-term basis. The benefit of such agreements is that it allows corporations to have an immigration counsel available if and once an immigration question arises. We are happy to work with our clients to identify cases where such agreements are appropriate and into them. Due to the highly individualized basis of such agreements, we encourage corporations interested in retaining our firm to contact us.
