We offer free initial consultation which allows you to contact us and understand what legal services and assistance we can provide to you without having to worry about incurring legal fees. By eliminating any fees for our initial consultation, we hope to encourage potential clients to contact us without having to worry about incurring any charges.

The free initial consultation gives you, the potential client, an opportunity to learn about your immigration option. It also allows you to learn about our practices and services, the retaining procedure and the estimated cost of our representation.

During the free initial consultation we will provide you with a general overview of your immigration alternatives but attorney ethical rules do not allow us to provide you with legal advice tailored to your specific needs until we have formed an attorney-client relationship.

After your free initial consultation you can choose to retain our firm or to request paid legal consultation (the payment amount of which will be credited towards your legal fee balance if you decide to retain our firm within 45 days of such legal consultation).
